Shipping Policy
The Paddle Fish – Return Policy

At The Paddle Fish, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Items must be in original packaging and in the same condition you received them (no signs of use or damage).
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
Used paddles, opened grip tape, or pickleballs showing signs of wear.
Clearance or final sale items.
Gift cards.
Return Process
Email us at info@thepaddlefish.com with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll provide return instructions and a return authorization number (RA#).
Ship the item back to us within 7 days of receiving RA#.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service (e.g., USPS Priority Mail).
Refunds
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error).
Exchanges

Exchanges ship out once we receive and inspect your return.
